Welcome to our monthly roundup of what’s new in Xero. With enhancements from the ability to send invoices via SMS to improvements in Xero Tax and sales tax reporting, we continue to make Xero even better. These are just some of the updates that have rolled out in Xero this month. Read the blog post to find out more.
We’re kicking off the new year with some exciting Xero updates designed to address some of the enhancements youve been asking for, and make things more automated to save you time. Xero automatically creates draft bills with key details, with the original document attached ready for approval.
Introducing Xero Simple To support you and your clients with MTD for IT, were evolving our non-VAT Xero Cashbook plan into Xero Simple.* Xero Simple is a new plan that has been packed with new features to support you, and your sole trader and landlord clients, with the next wave of MTD for IT and digital transformation. .*
For example, if youve done your final pay run before 19 April, Xero will automatically submit your final EPS to HMRC for you. When you set a cease date, Xero will record this in your EPS. P60s will be available in Xero payroll from the end of March. Its the employers legal duty to provide the document by this deadline.
This month’s Xero product updates include exciting new features and enhancements to streamline your workflows and boost productivity. Global: Get a snapshot of your client’s financial health in Xero Practice Manager and Xero HQ Client insights is now available for all Xero partners.
